In the villages of Tamil Nadu, jaggery has always been more than a sweetener — it's a symbol of tradition, hospitality, and natural living. I'm Veeru, a farmer from Western Ghats, Theni, and for the past 36 years my family and I have tried to carry that forward.
We grow our own sugarcane and make jaggery the traditional way — slow-boiling fresh cane juice in open pans, the way farmers who understand the land, the crop, and the craft always have. No shortcuts. No sulphur, No bleaching. A promise that we are carrying forward.
Just patience, selected cane, and a method passed down through four generations as tradition — from my grandfather's fields to yours — for jaggery with rich aroma, deep taste, and authentic character. Every pack carries honest farming, traditional wisdom, and the sweetness of Tamil soil.
